Not much on the docket this weekend. I’ve been working on the dollhouse and am making some progress with getting the walls in order. I’ve been painstakingly peeling off layers of glued on wallpaper. It was easier to strip all the wallpaper off my last house. My idea of smoothing the walls with joint compound isn’t working since it flakes off as soon as I put on a layer of paint. So I’m going to cover them with blank stock (wallpaper liner) and paint over that instead. Hopefully that works.
So other than working on that there isn’t much planned. It is supposed to rain today and tomorrow which means no gardening is going to happen. Meanwhile the weeds are taking a firmer hold.
