I hope everyone has settled back into their normal routine without too much distress.  I’ve mostly been puttering around, organizing and planning my goals for the year.

We are in for a deliciously gloomy weekend.  The rain is schedule to start this evening and continue throughout the weekend.  Perfect weather to stay inside where it is all nice and cozy.

I think I’ll make a pot of some kind of cheesy vegetable soup and maybe I’ll drag out the old bread maker and make a loaf of bread for Rick.  That should smell wonderful.

I’m going over to my mother in law’s at some point this weekend to help her with general tidying and Christmas putting awaying.  That’s a word, right?  Awaying?  AnyWAY…She has been feeling poorly and not her usual energetic self so I volunteered to come over and help her sort a few things out.  Might as well take advantage of me being in a particularly organizing mood lately.
