Yes! I agree. The best I can do is mourning doves, and ours seem to think they are chickens, pecking around at the ground and sort of toddling around the garden.
I could not agree more!! I’ve spotted a cardinal in our yard the last couple of days, he’s a beauty against the snow in the trees, but he doesn’t leave eggs…..so you’ve got me beat!
