Halloween Party Eve

I usually don’t post photos of myself on my blog unless my visage is pretty well obscured but here you go.  We are well into the preparations for tomorrow’s big Annual Halloween soiree.  This is me from last year – You can’t quite tell but I was a white witch.  Wearing my famous (well in my own little circle) white peignoir set.  I’ve managed to wear that same nightie and robe four or fives time at the Halloween party without ever repeating a costume. 

Last year I bought the hat first and worked the rest of my costume around it.  This year is no different.  I’ll post pictures on Sunday or Monday (depending on how much brew is consumed at the party).

Sara and Nicki both have posts on their blogs with pictures of parties past.  We do quite enjoy the whole spectacle of getting dressed up in costume.  I really think Halloween is more for grown ups than it is for kids.

I better go pack up my car – last night I dreamt I made the 160 mile drive to my Dad’s house and realized I had forgotten my costume.  I had to go as myself.  Now THAT was scary.
