I picked up the camera yesterday afternoon. So far this is the only picture not of a person that has been taken so far.
And I have absolutely no idea what I am doing. I’m amazed I was able to turn it on. Fortunately my brother in law has the exact same camera and he’s a techy guy so he’s figured out all the tricks and tips. I’m going to make him spend 45 minutes showing me stuff.
It’s a little frustrating because I want to instantly be wowing everyone with my amazing shots and I see there is a bit of a learning curve.
Have you ever noticed that animal crackers are not shaped like any kind of recognizable animal? They should call them amoeba crackers.
Okay – one more. I’m playing around and want to see how they look posted… bear with me.

Love your blog! Did you make those cupcakes?Soooo cute!!
Darling cupcakes. My mom used to bake a birthday cake that was chocolate with marshmallow frosting, and frosted animal crackers in a parade on the side of the cake. What a fun memory you’ve conjured up. 🙂
Looks like you’re catching on fast with the new camera. Great pictures! Can I have one of those cupcakes?
Beautiful china and cupcakes. And those seem good pictures to me.
P.S. I found you at the paris apartment
Looks like you are doing a great job, with your new camera. The photos are wonderful!
Here are a couple of editing programs you might want to try. They are free downloads. I use them all the time. Lots of fun things to do with your photos.
