I don't think I've ever had a bird actually move into one of my birdhouses before! This little bird has been flying back and forth, climbing in and out. I can't tell if she is building a nest or just checking it out.
I can see the birdhouse from my office window. I saw the activity so I slowly pulled back the sheers and snapped this picture from inside the house. I didn't want to scare her off.
Aww! She’s so sweet! What shall we name her? Please keep us posted on how her construction project is coming along.
