In an effort to quell my insatiable Diet Coke habit I'm trying to pretty up my water.
A couple of sliced strawberries, half a sliced lemon and a handful of mint do the job nicely AND it is very refreshing.
Sliced cucumber, ginger (fresh) and mint are also nice.
I'm keeping the pitcher in arm's reach on my table so I can just keep filling up my glass as I'm working.

That IS pretty water! Nice. I need to drink more water during the day–but I honestly just forget a lot of the time! My temptation isn’t soda, but coffee upon coffee.

Great idea!. . . I’m not hooked on sodas. . . but some days I just too busy & forget to drink enough. . . (& I can feel it!) I love your idea of adding the fruits & flavors to the water pitcher & having it where you can see it. . . ! How could you not want to have some!? xo, Bren

We love our Soda Stream. All the bubbles and fizz without the sodium, sugar or sweeteners of store-bought drinks. And it’s refreshing with a squeeze of fresh lime or lemon.
(We don’t work for Soda Stream)

Wow! You sure did pretty up that water. What a beautiful photo. I may never drink boring water again. Seriously. You have taken boring old water to a new level.
Good luck with your new habit. It takes awhile, but in time your body will start to crave more water.
blessings,
jilly

Humm – never tried strawberries before. I always use oranges and lemons/limes.

That looks so good and refreshing!!! Will making drinking water a whole lot more appealing. I’ve tried cucumbers and other things before. It is good, I just never take the time.
