Friday Favorites

• Two pretty Instagram feeds:  @vintage_beautyvb and @vintagecrushin.  Both have that shabby, neutral vibe I like.  
• I have this shirt from Old Navy in white plaid and it is so comfy and flattering.  It is incredibly soft.  It reminds me of the ridiculously overpriced Rails plaid shirts at a fraction of the cost. 
• I featured Chrissy McDonald's (of Harlowe James) Halloween decor.  Here is a tour of her Sausalito apartment.  I love her aesthetic.  So calm and inviting (The link doesn't seem to work but the url is theeverygirl.com/chrissy-mcdonald-home-tour/ ). 
• Ravel's Bolero.  Remember (if you in my age bracket) when the movie 10 made it so popular?  This is so much nicer.  Fact about me:  I used to play the clarinet.  All through junior high and high school.  This makes me wish I kept it up.

Happy Friday!  Goodness it got chilly here all of the sudden.  And by chilly I mean in the low 70s.  Although, as I type, it is currently 46 degrees.  I'm ready to change out our bedding with something a little cozier.  

We have a low key weekend planned.  My sister is visiting from Wisconsin (she is staying at my father's house) and we are going to celebrate her birthday on Sunday.  She's here for a nice long visit.  

As for me – I'm off to get my haircut and something done about all the sparklies, ahem, at the roots.  Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
