And a happy, blessed Thanksgiving to you, Andrea! I’m hosting two of my kids, their spouses and my new granddaughter. I’m in charge of turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy and stuffing. After work today I will make the stuffing, both regular and gluten-free for my daughter with celiac, then tomorrow will do the rest. My other daughter lives in Florida and will be ordering a pizza…neither she nor her boyfriend like turkey!

My husband and two of my daughters have November birthdays, any of which can fall on Thanksgiving. Today, we will pop a candle in my husband’s pumpkin pie.
